The Year 7 to 10 curriculum includes a wide range of academic, technical and creative subjects designed to cater for students with a diverse range of interests and abilities. The Year 11 and 12 curriculum has an academic focus designed mainly for students wishing to pursue further tertiary studies.
Kildare Catholic College is consistent with outstanding HSC results including excellent practical achievements being recorded with selections for Art Express (Visual Arts), InTech (Industrial Technology Timber) and DesignTECH (Design & Technology). Further to this students have been selected for OnSTAGE (Drama) and ENCORE (Music)
The College has the benefit of extensive on-site sporting facilities and has a strong sporting tradition.
A diverse range of co-curricular activities is offered to ensure that students have the opportunity to develop holistically. Individual music tuition is available and there are bands for beginners, intermediate and advanced musicians. Other activities include retreats, public speaking and debating, mock trial, the Duke of Edinburgh Award and Tournament of Minds.
